No problem come along to Postnatal Pilates! Mum and baby fitness exercise classes suitable for mums from 6 weeks (8-12 weeks for caesarean birth). Some join at 6 weeks, some at 6 months whenever you feel ready.

Sometimes mums worry about how it works…but it does!! Don’t worry its a relaxed class you can feed, change and cuddle babies and there are even a few little toys to entertain your little one! 

My Pilates class is a postnatal exercise class that focuses on the postnatal body and the needs of a new mum; to strengthen and tone your core muscles and pelvic floor, helping to reduce backache and stress incontinence sometimes experienced by mums in the early months.

It’s a great way for new mums to start exercising again safely; also knowing that your instructor is fully qualified to teach pre and postnatal women. I will teach you what exercises to avoid and which ones to try at home. No two sessions are the same… we have fun together and my aim is for my mums to leave the session feeling good!! 

You will learn the Pilates way of breathing which will help you de-stress and relax. Meet other local mums with babies too!

At: Hutton Community Centre, Harrison Close, Hutton, CM13 1LP

(Perfect for those in Shenfield, Billericay, Brentwood or other surrounding villages) Lots of parking too.

I offer home visits for private lessons (great if you would like a 30min focused sessions maybe during naptime without having to leave he house); or NCT group sessions for those who can’t make the class times.
